Chinook's October 26, 2010 Litter - 1 Silver Baby Girl

November 2 - One Week Old

November 9 - Two Weeks Old

Chinook's baby is doing very well.  She weighs approximately 4 plus pounds.  Needless to say she is very chunky.

Her eyes and ears have started to open.  She is a very cuddly girl and loves the attention.

November 16 - Three Weeks Old

Baby girl is doing awesome.  Her eyes are just about open and she can hear.  She can sit and tries to walk around and I must say she is doing very well.

She is beginning to play with toys and I have heard a couple of playful growls come out of her when our daughter is playing with her.

She is starting to look alot like her mother did when Chinook was a baby, very cute and also has her mothers temperament - very cuddly.

November 23 - Four Weeks Old

"Meadow" is doing very well.  She weighs probably 6 lbs already and is quite a chubby puppy.  She has started to eat solid food, can sit without falling over, has her

footing down on slippery surfaces and loves to play.  Her eyes are completely open but it is had to tell with all the rolls.  She is looking more and more like her Mother

did as a baby.  She is getting lots of attention and it shows.  She doesn't mind being away from her Mom as long as one of us is with her.

November 30 - Five Weeks Old

Meadow is turning out to be quite the little lady.  She loves to play and ouch, watch out for the teeth.  It is a struggle to keep Meadow away

from our Daughters stuff toys.  She has found her vocal cords this past week and will bark and growl when playing and whine when left alone.

She is eating and drinking on her own but still loves her mothers touch.  She likes being outside but is slowly getting used to the snow little by little.

December 7 - Six Weeks Old

It is hard to believe Meadow is 6 weeks old already.  She is a very loving and playful puppy.  I think her favorite pastime is playing tug-a-war with Breeze.

She seems to be chewing everything in site, including your toes.  She loves attention and let me tell you, she lets you know when she wants it.

December 14 - Seven Weeks Old

Meadow continues to grow and grow.  She is a very healthy and happy puppy.  She enjoys her little walks outside and is learning quickly that she should walk by your

side.  Her nose is working overtime, whether she is sniffing out leaves outside or boots inside it is always going.  It is hard to keep her away from our baby.

She is always trying to nibble on her toes or her hands or just wants to give her a kiss.  Meadow seems fearless at the moment and continues to play hard with Breeze.

She is a little more cautious when she encounters one of the cats but doesn't take her long before she is playing with them.  She is so cute when she runs because

she hops like a little rabbit.  Meadow is turning out to be a wonderful smart little girl and she is going to be missed by all of us when she leaves for her new home.

December 21 - 8 Weeks Old

Today, Meadow is leaving our home to join her new family.  Congratulations to Al and Christina & family of Red Deer, Alberta.

In only 8 weeks with our family Meadow has become one of us and we will miss her.  She has proven to be a very loving, and smart dog.

She knows her name and asks to go outside to do her business.  She is very healthy and weighs 17 lbs.  We couldn't be more proud of her.
