PLACING A DEPOSIT

First, second, third pick and so forth will be in the order we have received the Deposit.  Deposits are refundable up until the time the

litter is whelped.  The Breeder reserves the right to decline any prospective Buyer from purchasing a puppy from any of our litters.  All

potential Buyers must complete a short QUESTIONNAIRE and return it to All Weather Labs of Silver Pawz. Click on QUESTIONNAIRE to

download the form.  If there are more Deposits taken than available puppies, the Deposits will either be refunded or transferred to the

next available litter.

Please Note:  If you have placed a Deposit and you are 1st Pick Silver Male but there are no Silver Males available you can either have your Deposit

Refunded, Transfer to another litter or pick a different puppy if there is one available.

At six weeks of age we will invite all potential Buyers to come and meet us and the puppies.  At this time, if we feel the Buyer will not be

a good match for our puppies, the Deposit will be refunded.  During the six week visit, Buyers will be allowed to pick their new puppy in

the order their Deposit was received.  Buyers who are unable to meet with us at six weeks will have to choose their new member of the

family from photo's we have posted.  We will post pictures on our website on a weekly basis so potential Buyers can see the puppies

change.

At 8 weeks of age the Buyers will once again be invited to our home to pick up their new puppy and take him or her to their new home.  If

you are unable to pick up your puppy at that time, shipping arrangements can be made at the Buyers expense.  If the puppy is left with All

Weather Labs of Silver Pawz for longer than 8 weeks, then we, the Breeder reserve the right to charge the Buyer an extra $10.00 per

day until the puppy is picked up.

Deposits Will Be Refunded If:

            1)    You have changed your mind prior to the litter being whelped.

            2)    Not enough puppies are available.

            3)    The color and or sex specified is not available.

            4)    We have decided that you would not be a good match for our puppies.

Deposits Will Not Be Refunded If:

            1)    The Buyer has changed their mind after the litter has been whelped.

            2)    If the Buyer has transferred their initial Deposit from one litter to another.

Note:

If the Buyer has transferred their initial Deposit from one litter to another we will only refund the Deposit if the color and or sex specified is  not

available.

Once we have received your Deposit we will send you a Deposit Receipt to verifying your pick of the litter.
