When we started looking for a Lab Breeder it was very important to us to find a small Breeder who cared about the dogs they were breeding.  After several weeks of online research and phone calls to Breeders we finally found Rick and Penny at All Weather Labs!  We visited Rick and Penny the following weekend and soon learned that their operation was above and beyond our expectations.  From the clean and well kept facilities to the obvious love they displayed for their dogs, we knew we had found our Breeder!  We placed a deposit that day on Rain's litter and the countdown began.  Over the next few months, as we prepared for our new puppy, Penny provided regular updates on Rain.  When Rain gave birth, Penny continued to post weekly pictures and updates of Rain and her litter.  It was fun to watch the puppies grow and we could not wait to bring home our new family member.  We continued to visit Rick and Penny to see the puppies and they always welcomed us with open arms.  The puppies were also lucky enough to have Sydney, Rick and Penny's daughter, to play and socialize with, which I believe had a huge impact on the puppies personality.  We finally got to take home "Breeze" (named after Breeze of All Weather Labs)!  She has been with us for a little over a week now and we couldn't have asked for a healthier more well behaved puppy!  Everybody in the house just loves her, even the cat!  I cannot say enough good about Rick, Penny and Sydney and the other dogs they raise.  Good luck All Weather Labs and I may even be back for another puppy in the near future!              Best Wishes Tom, Michelle and Breeze

We would like to take this time to send out a HUGE Thank You to Rick, Penny, Sydney and London!  Your family is truly amazing!  From the day I placed my deposit on Rain's litter to the day I met Kaiser at a week old, till the day we picked him up, you guys were fabulous!  We were always welcomed to see Kaiser and begin our bond with him.  Your facilities were extremely clean and always awaiting with friendly smiles!  We loved the interaction that you guys, (especially Sydney) had with the puppies, making sure that they all had full attention and lots of time with kids was very important to us.  We wanted a family dog and feel that is EXACTLY what you guys strive for with your puppies!  We look forward to the next chapter in our lives with our newest member of the family!  We DEFINITELY recommend All Weather Labs to anyone looking for a loving, well mannered, beautiful Silver or Charcoal Lab!  We couldn't be happier with our experience!  If we ever decide to get a "friend" for Kaiser, we WILL be returning to All Weather!  THANKS!!!                  Luke, Miranda and Ryder.

We cannot say enough good things about Rick and Penny and All Weather Labs.  From our first visit, it was obvious that they took great pride in the breeding and maintaining of their animals.  From the yard, which was always very clean, to the penned puppy area which was dry, clean and secure, to the other dogs that we met, who were typical, friendly, exuberant labs, we were extremely impressed with their business.  Penny and Rick were excellent in providing weekly updates and pictures of the puppies and encouraged us to visit whenever we wanted.  They also were always very willing to answer any and all concerns or questions that were posed of them, no matter how trivial.  Sydney was a fantastic addition and made sure each and every puppy was properly socialized and very well loved.  When we took our new puppy for its first vet check, they were extremely impressed with everything about him from his excellent coloring and make up to his fantastic disposition.  Without question, we would highly recommend Rick and Penny and All Weather Labs for a healthy, happy puppy.                         Gary & Debbie

We are so happy with "Silver Pawz Breeders" and can't express enough how wonderful our experience with purchasing our puppy has been with them.  The first time we contacted Rick and Penny about some questions and information regarding silver labs, they were quick to respond with highly knowledgeable and useful information.  Once the puppies were born, they sent us emails and weekly pictures and weights of the puppies that we found to be so exciting.  Just like a mother expecting!!  When the puppies were about 6 weeks old, we were able to come and visit and get an idea of the puppy we would like to purchase.  At this time we were able to meet the mother and Rick and Penny's other labs and see the kennels.  They were so welcoming and accommodating and the Kennels were very clean, organized and cozy for the dogs!  At 8 weeks when we were able to bring home our little puppy, they made the "pick up" process so quick and easy and we were amazed how organized they were.  Our puppy is now almost 5 months and we are blessed with how warm, calm and obedient disposition she has.  We couldn't ask for a nicer puppy.  Thank you so much to Silver Pawz for a wonderful experience on purchasing our beautiful puppy!  We would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a lab puppy!                                    Cheryl, Cam & Family

Words cannot express how grateful Shane and I are to have found Penny and Rick of Silver Pawz.  They are a truly wonderful family and we had an absolutely superb experience getting to know them and their Labradors.  As Breeders, they demonstrated extensive breed knowledge and a true passion and love for their dogs.  We had the pleasure of meeting all of Silver Pawz Labradors and while each had a personality all their own, they all shared that fantastic Labrador disposition.  They were all friendly, energetic and eager to please.  Furthermore, Silver Pawz has a beautiful kennel facility featuring indoor/outdoor runs with an extra-large outdoor fenced area.  All areas are extremely clean and well maintained.  We honestly cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Silver Pawz.  From their initial replay to our inquiry email, to the weekly updates, to our continuing relationship post-puppy adoption, then have shown dedication to their dogs and to their prospective homes.  THANK YOU Rick, Penny and Family for giving us our happy, healthy puppy.  Samson is sure to grow into an awesome family pet thanks to the great start you provided him!                              Krista and Shane

Dante became available by chance shortly before the puppies were ready to go to their new homes so I didn't have the same experience as everyone else who adopted Rain and Sidney's Puppies.  I hadn't met Rick or Penny and their children nor had I seen their dogs or their kennel accommodations.  I didn't really need to because their website told me everything I needed to know about them and their dogs.  It was obvious how much they loved their dogs, and the breed, and were dedicated to producing quality Labrador Retrievers.  I only saw Dante's photo but I knew immediately he was the puppy I wanted.  My six-year-old Lab comes from the same type of breeder - a small family kennel, with young children, who spend hours with the puppies.  Having adopted Dante sight-unseen, the impression I had of Penny through phone and email conversations, and their dogs was confirmed when I picked him up.  The adult dogs are friendly and so obviously healthy and happy.  The dog runs and puppy area are clean and roomy and well-maintained.  The "new parent" photos, the information folder for each puppy, the pictures of Rain and Sidney and especially Penny's tears and good-bye cuddle spoke volumes about how much this family cares about their dogs and the puppies they're sending to new homes.  The love and care Rick, Penny and Sydney have provided has resulted in a happy, healthy well-adjusted puppy.  Dante is intelligent, funny, well-behaved, affectionate and quick to learn - a much loved member of the family and everything a Labrador should be.  I would recommend All Weather Labs to anyone wanting a Lab puppy that is sound, well-socialized and true to the breed characteristics - the color is a bonus.  So to Rick, Penny and Sydney, thank you so much for Dante.  You're everything a Breeder should be and someday I hope to be back for another puppy.                        Lynn

I've found All Weather Labs of Silver Pawz browsing the internet.  You never know what you are going to get when there are no references.  All initial contacts by email went very well: quick responses, polite and informative.  However, it was on my first visit to their place that I realized who they really are and I have quite a few good things to say about that experience.  First of all, they love dogs.  That is not just a business, they really care about dogs and treat them very well.  They know what they are doing.  Their facilities are adequate and well maintained: clean, good space and a special place for the puppies.  They are also very organized.  When we went there to pick the puppy and later on to bring him home, they were waiting for us with everything ready.  They provided extensive documentation about the parents, their registration and pedigree, pictures, insurance, training and puppy care tips, etc.  Our puppy is healthy, strong, smart and makes us very happy.  I definitely recommend this Breeder and I will certainly contact them first for my next lab.
