OUR GUARANTEE

Rick and Penny Yelland-Kewin of All Weather Labs Of Silver Pawz and                                                                 here on after known as the Buyer, agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Puppy has been examined by a Licensed Veterinarian and is in good health.

  2. The Puppy has had its first vaccinations and has been de-wormed at 2, 4, 6 and weeks of age.

  3. The Puppy has been micro chipped and registration paperwork for EIDAP Inc has been provided.

  4. The Puppy will be registered with the Canadian Kennel Club at the Breeders expense.

  5. We will provide the Buyer with information on a 45 day gift of PetCare Insurance.  The Buyer is not obligated to take the gift.

  6. We, the Breeder, guarantee against Hip Dysplasia and Genetic Eye Disease up to 2 years of age.  However, the guarantee does not cover trauma related to or environmental factors.  We do not guarantee our puppies against Non-Genetic causes of Hip Dysplasia or Eye Disease which include but are not limited to excessive jumping, poor nutrition or any other forms of abuse.  It is the Buyers promise and responsibility to provide a healthy, safe and loving home for their new Puppy.

NOTE:

Should the said Puppy become disabled by Hip Dysplasia or have an Eye Disease caused by a Genetic Defect before the age of 2 years, we will either Replace the Puppy, Refund the Purchase Price of the Puppy or Pay for the Veterinarian Services whichever is the lesser.  The Puppy must have been checked by a Lisensed Veterinarian and documentation must be provided to the Breeder in order for this guarantee to be valid.  If no documentation is supplied to the Breeder this guarantee becomes void and no Refund, Replacement Puppy or Veterinarian Services will be honoured.  If a Surgical Procedure is recommended by the Veterinarian that will enhance the wellbeing of the Puppy and if the cost is of the lesser than the two other options, then we, the Breeder, will Pay for the Veterinarian Services.  The Buyer must provide us, the Breeder, with the Invoice from the Veterinarian for the Surgical Procedure before we will honour this guarantee.  No other refund will be granted.  This is a onetime Guarantee.  If more than one surgery is required, the Breeder will not be responsible for any other costs incurred.  If the Buyer does not have the recommended Surgical Procedure done, then this guarantee will be void, no Replacement Puppy will be given nor will the Purchase Price of the Puppy be Refunded.

  1. We, the Breeder, also guarantee that if the said Puppy should die within its first year from a Genetic Disorder other than Hips or Eyes, we will Refund the Purchase Price of the Puppy or provide a Replacement Puppy.

NOTE:

If a death of a Puppy occurs before reaching the age of 1 year, an autopsy must be performed by a Certified Pathologist and the Autopsy Report must be provided to the Breeder before this guarantee will valid.  The Autopsy Report must clearly state the underling Genetic cause of death.  If an Autopsy has not been performed by a Certified Pathologist and no Autopsy Report has been provided to the Breeder than this guarantee will be void.  We, the Breeder, will not be responsible for any costs associated with this guarantee.

  1. The Breeder reserves the right of first refusal and has the authority to retrieve the Puppy at any location if, at any time, the Buyer is unable to take care of the Puppy, if the Puppy has been sold, given away or is remanded in a Kennel.  No refund will be given to the Buyer of the Puppy.

  2. The Breeder is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the Replacement of a Puppy.

BUYERS GUARANTEE TO THE BREEDER

 

                                                                        , here on after known as the Buyer, agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Buyer agrees to sign a waiver indicating that the Puppy was examined by a Licensed Veterinarian and is in good health.  If the Puppy is to be shipped, the Buyer agrees to have the Puppy examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup.  The Veterinarian's Health Report must be forwarded to All Weather Labs Of Silver Pawz no later than 48 hours after the exam.

NOTE:

If the Veterinarian finds the Puppy is in poor health, we, the Breeder will upon the return of the Puppy and all related paperwork, agree to provide a Replacement Puppy of equal value or Refund the Purchase price of the Puppy.  The Breeder will not be responsible for any cost incurred, i.e. freight.  If the Buyer wishes to have a Replacement Puppy, depending on availability, they may have to wait until the next litter is whelped.  If the Buyer chooses not to have the Puppy examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup, all guarantees in our Contract will be void.

  1. The Buyer agrees to continue with Puppy Vaccinations at 12 and 16 weeks and them follow the recommended guidelines set out by the Veterinarian to help prevent disease.

  2. The Buyer agrees to have the Puppy Spayed or Neutered by a Licensed Veterinarian between 6 - 8 months of age and must provide the Breeder with the Spay or Neuter Certificate.  If the Buyer does not have the Puppy Spayed or Neutered or refuses to provide the Spay or Neuter Certificate, then we, the Breeder, reserve the right to retrieve the Puppy.  If the Puppy has been retrieved from the Buyer no refund will be given.

  3. The Buyer agrees not to use the Bitch or Stud Dog for Breeding purposes before 2 years of age.  Unlimited Registration Only.

  4. The Buyer agrees to provide Pedigree information on their Stud or Bitch that will be used for breeding with their new Puppy.  Unlimited Registration Only.

  5. The Buyer agrees to register the Puppy with a name that contains the prefix "WEATHERLABS".

  6. The Buyer agrees to the posting of their Picture, Name and City on the Breeders website.

  7. The Buyer promises to provide the Puppy with a safe, healthy and loving home.

NOTE:

If the Buyer does not adhere to all of the requirements of their Guarantee To The Breeder then all Guarantees From The Breeder will be void and the Breeder reserves the right to retrieve the Puppy.  No refund will be given if the Puppy is retrieved.
